Simoan Scott Leonard Artwork Category: Mixed Medium “Simoan” S. Leonard is a local artist. Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, she currently resides in Clayton, NC. Coming from a long line of artisans and craftsmen, the Arts have always been a part of her life. Her paintings exude her passion and love for art. Simoan has been commissioned throughout the U.S. to create art in many forms: paintings, murals, sculptures, graphic design, and illustrations, using various medium. She is known for her brilliant use of vibrant colors and textures. Although passionate about painting, she also enjoys creative writing and illustrating books. Simoan believes in “authenticating yourself” and that, “Art brings harmony to the soul.”
